TEAMTWW
MOTOCROSS
Welcome to the exciting world of TeamTWW! We are a group of three young, passionate, and dedicated kids who spend our days chasing checkered flags across the sunny landscapes of Southern California!
Tayla, who at 8 years old (AMA 7) is ready to embark on an exhilarating journey in the world of 65cc racing. For the remainder of this year, Tayla will be mastering the art of Supercross on her Husky E5, in anticipation of the January 2025 KTM juniors event. She will also be riding her FWE Cobra 50 during the NGPC series and has plans to start both training and racing on the YZ 65 in the Moto4kids / Swapmoto Series.
Next is Waylon, who at 6 years old (AMA 5) is already making waves with his racing prowess on not one, but two bikes. Currently, Waylon is tearing up the tracks on his KTM E5 for NGPC & Moto4kids, and his Cobra FWE 50 for Moto4kids. This year will be a big one for him as he sets his sights on bigger goals to work towards for the upcoming year, including the possibility of competing in Mammoth MX and one of the big national races!
Our youngest team member is Walker, who at 3 years old (AMA 2) is already showing promise on his KTM E2 and PW 50. This little dynamo has just begun racing in the NGPC peewee class and is eager to start participating in AMA races with Moto4kids this summer.
This summer, our collective goal as TeamTWW is to race in the Moto4kids Summer series. Then, when fall returns, we plan to return to finish out our current series of NGPC/District 37 races. We’re also considering participating in Moto4kids and possibly Swapmoto, as long as the schedules don’t overlap.
As we look towards the future, our ambition doesn’t stop there. For next year, we aim to train even harder in our quest to qualify for the Road to Mammoth. We also hope to take on the challenge of Loretta’s qualifiers or at least dip our toes into the national racing scene with an event like Spring-a-ding!
